Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tulasi Hotels application and website ("Service") provided by Tulasi Hotels ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tulasi Hotels is a hotel and restaurant management platform offering features including but not limited to: POS billing, order management, kitchen display, table management, staff HR, inventory tracking, reservations, customer portal, analytics, and compliance tools. The Service is available on Android, Web, and Windows platforms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features. No credit card required.
  • Pro Plan: Paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing based on requirements. Contact sales for details.
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.

5. Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Service (bills, orders, staff records, inventory, etc.).
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code.
  • Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. The Service's offline capabilities allow core functions (billing, orders) to continue without internet connectivity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Tulasi Hotels and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.
  • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
